What this site is

Out Of Pocket TV's calculator, Global Dream Partner Report, and Dream Partner Wrapped are entertainment and general estimation tools. They use rounded, publicly available population statistics (U.S. Census Bureau, CDC/NCHS, and similar national sources) run through a simplified probability model that assumes your preferences are independent of each other. They are not scientific, statistical, demographic, or professional advice of any kind, and shouldn't be relied on for real-world decisions.

Using the site

The free calculator is available to anyone. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by scraping its data, attempting to disrupt it, or reselling access to it.

The Global Dream Partner Report

The Global Dream Partner Report is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription — you're charged once and get ongoing access to that report. No account or password is required; access is tied to the email you used at checkout, and you can request it be re-sent to you at any time using that same email.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Intellectual property

The site's design, calculations, copy, and branding belong to Out Of Pocket TV. Your own report results are yours to save, screenshot, and share (that's the point of the "Share" and "Wrapped" features) — please just don't republish the underlying tool or its data as your own.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep the numbers accurate to their sources and the site running reliably, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly precise — these are entertainment estimates, not certified statistics.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Out Of Pocket TV isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
