Digital delivery
The Global Dream Partner Report is a digital product that unlocks immediately after payment. Because of that instant access, we generally don't offer refunds simply for a change of mind once the report has been unlocked and viewed.
When we will refund you
- You were charged but never actually got access to your report due to a technical problem on our end.
- You were charged more than once for the same report by mistake.
- Something else went genuinely wrong with your purchase.
If any of these happen, email outofpocketinterviews@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll sort it out — refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe.

Reach out anyway. We'd rather hear from you and make it right than have you feel stuck — every request is reviewed individually.
