Refund Policy

All sales are final

Purchases are non-refundable. Your results unlock immediately and in full the moment payment goes through. There is nothing held back, shipped later, or delivered in stages. Because you receive the entire product instantly, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete.

This includes changing your mind, deciding you no longer want the results, not liking what the numbers say, or buying by mistake. Please be sure before you pay.

What you are buying

A one-time unlock of your full results: your odds in all 198 countries, the ranked country comparison, every filter’s measured impact, U.S. state and metro breakdowns, ethnic and ancestral background detail, your highest-leverage changes, your shareable result card, and Dream Partner Wrapped. The price is shown on the unlock button before you are sent to checkout, and again on the checkout page itself.

These figures are statistical estimates built from public population data, for entertainment and general estimation purposes. They are not a guarantee about any real person, and a result you disagree with is not grounds for a refund.

If you were charged and got nothing

This is not a refund request. It is a delivery failure, and we will always fix it. Contact us if:

• You were charged but never received access because something broke on our end.
• You were charged more than once for the same unlock.

Email outofpocketinterviews@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and we will either restore your access or reverse the duplicate charge.

Lost your access?

You do not need to buy again. Use the “Already purchased? Restore access” link at the top of the calculator and we will email your access link to the address you checked out with.

Your statutory rights

Some countries give consumers a legal right to cancel digital purchases. Where such a right applies to you and cannot be waived, it stands regardless of this policy. By unlocking your results immediately at checkout, you are asking for instant delivery and, where the law allows it, waiving any cooling-off period.

We may update this policy occasionally. The “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent version, and the policy in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
